Payment and Cancellation Policy

When you make a reservation for accommodation, your booking is covered by our Payment and Cancellation Policy.

Payment for accommodation can be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express), by direct debit, or cash.  An approved credit card or cash deposit may also be required as the bond whilst guests are in house to cover any incidental charges.

Full payment for the accommodation will be charged on the day of the booking arrival.

Individual bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of the booking without penalty.  Bookings cancelled within this period will incur the full accommodation charge. 

Bookings of more than 3 apartments are considered a Group Reservation and have a 28-day cancellation period. Group Reservations cancelled within this period will incur the full accommodation charge.

During the Christmas/New Year period, the cancellation period may extend to two weeks.  Bookings cancelled within this period will incur the full accommodation charge.

The Holiday dates for 2023 and 2024 are as follows:

2023 Christmas/New Year: 22nd December 2023 to 3rd January 2024 inclusive.

2024 Christmas/New Year: 23rd December 2024 to 3rd January 2025 inclusive.

The hotel reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings where guests are not present [or do not check-in] within 24 hours of check in time.   The charge for the accommodation is not refundable in these circumstances.
