Payment and Cancellation Policy

When you make a reservation for accommodation, your booking is covered by our Payment and Cancellation Policy.

Payment for accommodation can be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express), by direct debit, or cash.  An approved credit card or cash deposit must also be used as the bond whilst guests are in house to cover any incidental charges.

Full payment for the accommodation will be charged on the day of the booking arrival.

Individual bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of the booking without penalty.  Bookings cancelled within this period will incur the full accommodation charge.  

During the Christmas/New Year and Easter holiday periods, the cancellation period extends to two weeks.  Bookings cancelled within this period will incur the full accommodation charge.

The Holiday dates for 2016 and 2017 are as follows:

 2016 Christmas/New Year: 24th December 2016 to 2nd January 2017
2017 Easter: 13th April 2017 to 17th April 2017
2017 Christmas/New Year: 22nd December to 2nd January 2018

The hotel reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings where guests are not present [or do not check-in] within 24 hours of check in time.   The charge for the accommodation is not refundable in these circumstances.
