When you make a reservation for accommodation, your booking is covered by our Payment and Cancellation Policy.
Payment for accommodation can be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express), by direct debit, or cash. An approved credit card or cash deposit may also be required as the bond whilst guests are in house to cover any incidental charges.
Full payment for the accommodation will be charged on the day of the booking arrival.
Individual bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of the booking without penalty. Bookings cancelled within this period will incur the full accommodation charge.
During the Christmas/New Year, Easter and Dark Mofo periods, the cancellation period may extend to two weeks. Bookings cancelled within this period will incur the full accommodation charge.
The Holiday dates for 2021 and 2022 are as follows:
2021 Christmas/New Year: 23rd December 2021 to 3rd January 2022
2022 Easter: 14th April 2022 to 19th April 2022
2022 Dark Mofo: 10th June 2022 to 26th June 2022
2022 Christmas/New Year: 23rd December 2022 to 3rd January 2023
The hotel reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings where guests are not present [or do not check-in] within 24 hours of check in time. The charge for the accommodation is not refundable in these circumstances.
